CAA Membership Incentive Campaign (CP24)– Legal Terms and Conditions

MY INSURANCE BROKER CORP. and its affiliated companies (collectively “MIB”) are committed to the protection of your personal information.

MIB takes full responsibility for the management and confidentiality of personal information we collect and use. Personal information is collected, used, shared and stored in accordance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, S.C. 2000, c.5 and any applicable provincial privacy laws that may apply to MIB from time to time.

This promotion is not developed or distributed in partnership with CAA, and is has no affiliation or connection with CAA’s activities, both online and offline, mobile apps, as well as in person or telephone interactions. This includes CAA Memberships, the provision of CAA roadside, retail, travel, insurance, CAA Rewards® and other product and service offerings.

CAA carries on business as “CAA South Central Ontario” in Ontario. Authorization has been provided to MIB to provide a CAA Membership to all prospective and qualified Ontario residents residing in the CAA South Central Ontario membership trading area in connection with its CP24 “Get A Quote. Get A Membership” campaign.

Quotes and policies provided by My Insurance Broker Corp., including any special offers, discounts, or products, are done so in accordance within the laws of Ontario, and under the governance of the Registered Insurance Brokers Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. R19. Offers and fulfillment are the sole responsibility of My Insurance Broker Corp. and cannot be claimed, requested or delivered by CAA South Central Ontario, or any affiliated companies.

MIB reserves the right to present quotes based on “The All Comers” rule from one or more of its companies based on coverage and pricing most suitable for the applicant. Individuals and household addresses which do not fall within this region will not be eligible for this offer. One complimentary membership offer per household. These include insurance agents and brokers, insurance companies, government bodies, consumer reporting agencies, insurance adjusters, home contractors, auto shops, and other third parties who can provide information about or services related to you or your insured vehicle or property. When we do so, we do it with your consent, or otherwise confirm the third party lawfully collected the information and can share it with us.
